Vanilla Beans

We are proud to offer these beautiful, grade-A Hawaiian Planifolia vanilla beans. These beans are supple, oily and full of sweet tropical flavor. They are grown along the leaward side of Hawaii on a five acre mango farm in Kailua Kona. Rich and full of cavier, these Planifolia beans range in length from 6-9 inches. We sell by weight to ensure you get the right amount no matter the bean size. One ounce is between 7-9 beans. Please indicate the amount you would like.
 
All Kona Vanilla beans are shipped sealed for freshness and should be stored in a cool, dry and dark place. Beans will last for years if stored properly. We recommend that once opened to be rewrapped in wax paper and placed in a zip lock bag removing as much air as possible then stored in a dry cabinet or spice drawer. Never refrigerate or freeze vanilla beans.
