Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
1 vanilla bean
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the water and sugar in a sauce pan and heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
Step 2
Turn the heat off and stir in the vanilla extract. Allow to cool before transferring to a glass container. Store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
